Nawazuddin Siddiqui refutes allegations of spying on wife, calls it disgust

Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui has recently been in the news for all the wrong reasons. The actor is accused of spying on his wife Anjali Siddiqui.

According to statements by some of the accused, the actor had enlisted a private detective to obtain the call details of his wife, sources claimed.

Now, the actor has dismisses all these allegations and calls it a disgust. The actor took to Twitter and shares some pictures with daughter and captioned it as “Last evening, I was helping my daughter to prepare her school project Hydroelectric Power Generator and went to her school this morning for Project Exhibition. To my surprise, the media had questions about some random allegations on me. #Disgust,”

The acclaimed award-winning actor was allegedly accused of spying on his wife Anjali Siddiqui and his name cropped up after the police in Thane nabbed 11 persons, mainly private detectives, who were involved in the Call Detail Records scam.

The actor’s lawyer is said to have obtained the CDR with the help of one Prashant Palekar who was arrested by Thane crime branch last month.

“One of the accused has revealed the name of Siddiqui during interrogation. We have issued summons to him, but he has failed to appear before us for investigations,” Thane Crime Branch Senior Police Inspector Nitin Thakare said on Friday.
