Virat Kohli credits his wife Anushka Sharma for keeping him motivated!

Virat Kohli has emerged as the winner against South Africa in the sixth ODI. Team India wrapped up the six match series with a 5-1 win. Virat has also created another world record by becoming the first batsman ever to score 500 runs in a bilateral ODI series.

Post the victory, Virat credited a huge part of his win to wifey Anushka Sharma. A proud Virat said, “My wife who keeps me motivated deserves a lot of credit. I want to thank my wife. She has been a huge factor. She deserves a lot of appreciation for it. She has been criticized a lot,  but she is one person who has kept me going through out this tour and when times have been tough and I am really grateful for that.”

Anushka couldn’t stop gushing about her husband either. She shared a screenshot on her social media account of Virat batting and wrote, “What a guy!!” with a heart emoticon with it.

Isn’t that sweet?

Meanwhile, on the work front, Anushka is gearing for the release of her home production Pari which is scheduled to release on February 9th and she has also got to finish the shooting for Aanand L Rai film with Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif.
