Video: PM Modi Gives An Inspirational Speech At ‘Pariksha Par Charcha’ to Encourage Students

In our country, as many as 28.24 lakh students are set to write exams under the CBSE board this year. Prime Minister Narendra Modi decided to spread awareness among children about how to manage stress and time during important board exams.

He authored the book ‘Exam warriors’ for students with the aim to get them through the stress of appearing for exams with a smile.

After two weeks of the book being published, a session ”Pariksha Par Charcha” was aired from Delhi’s Talkatora stadium in all CBSE-affiliated schools and students were encouraged to ask questions and share stress-relieving techniques with the PM.

In the event, PM said, “Forget that you talking to a PM, think of me as a friend and share with me whatever doubts you have. It is like an exam for me. It is a great opportunity for me to meet all of the students and their respective families. My young friends, always keep the student in you alive, self-confidence comes by challenging ourselves and working hard. We should always think of bettering ourselves.”

After the event started, Kushagra from Shillong had a question on the bond between a teacher and student. “In our society teachers are like family members. Such a spirit was more common earlier and we have to reignite this spirit further today,” answered PM Modi.

‘How are you preparing since you’ll also be facing an exam in the form of Lok Sabha elections next year?’ a student asked PM.

PM answered, ”If I was your teacher I would’ve guided you to take up journalism kyuki aise lapet ke sawal journalists hi puchte hain. I focus on learning and make it your religion; exams, results, and marks are a by-product of your work. If you think too much about results it comes in the way of achieving other things. In politics too, I believe in working and do not care about the result. I want to serve the country and my countrymen and give it all has been always been my focus. Elections will come and go, it is like a by-product.”

Have a look at the video of the event where more than 10 crore children had participated and 10 lucky children were given a chance to ask questions to the PM directly.

PM Modi’s speech was indeed very inspiring and helpful children who are about to give one of the most important exams of their life.
